Refund policy

Our refund polices and norms are extremely user friendly and feasible. The cancellation of the orders is accepted only if it is done within 24 hours subject to submission of the order. The procedure of cancellation should be followed by calling or dropping an e-mail to our support team stating about the cancellation and product details. The refund will be processed considering your eligibility and then amount will be processed and credited to the respective accounts.

Also, there are certain policy terms and conditions that need to be followed, make it a point that you fill in valid details regarding the shipping address or where the product needs to be shipped, kindly, double check the order form and the details filled in before ordering. Mistakes in shipping addresses may cause delayed delivery of the parcel.

The buyer is not eligible for the refund if the order gets delayed or damaged due to any natural obstacle while shipping. In case of excessive delays and failure of the product to the desired destination to the desired time, the refund will credited to the buyer’s account.
